Privacy
The short version: we do not collect personal information from anyone, children or grown ups.
This page covers the website at zimzamaata.com and the Zim Zamaata Kids app for Android. It was last updated on 31 October 2026.
What we collect
Nothing. There are no accounts, no sign ups, no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The website sets no cookies. The app does not ask for a name, email, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it has no third party code for ads or analytics.
New video notifications in the app
If you allow notifications, the app checks the list of videos on zimzamaata.com about twice a day and lets you know when a new one is out. This check is a plain download of a public file. It sends nothing about you or your device beyond what any web page request needs to work, and we do not keep logs that identify you.
The only thing the app remembers is the newest video it has seen, so it knows when to tell you about the next one. That stays on your phone. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your phone settings.
Playing videos
Videos play from YouTube using its privacy enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. Once a video plays, YouTube handles it under the Google privacy policy.
Links that leave the app
Links to the YouTube channel and to email sit behind a short grown ups check, so children do not leave the app by accident.
Children
Our videos are made for children aged 2 to 6. Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for a parent to request, change or delete. If you have any question, we are happy to help.
